How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?

I was already using tools like AI, World Café and Open Space, when I did my first AOH training in Berlin (August 2009). I wanted to learn more. And I like Berlin :-)

Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)

Experienced Practitioner, working as a freelance consultant, trainer, process designer and host on change and leadership projects in Government (Local, Federal, European), non-profit and profit.
I was part of the hosting team for AOH Open Learning Days in Flanders and I am part of the Collaborative of External Consultants of the Art of Participatory Leadership in the Commission.

What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?

Authenticity and a Safe environment for Conversations that really matter
All places where the Orthodox meets the Extraordinary
Finetuning the need and having the courage to unveil the hidden and take difficult turns when needed
