How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?
I heard about Art of Hosting 2 years (2011) ago from others who were also interested in it. It interested me because it seemed to give gatherings of people an authentic space in which to interact. Since then I have attended several trainings and enjoyed my first experiences as Day Host. I look forward to seeing how a new group in Munich continues to develop!
Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)
I am starting and still learning the AoH.
In many ways, there are similarities with other group and coaching work that I do. It is very interesting to feel that I can arrive being who I am as a person and professional while I accompany a group through a process.
What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?
Groups of people, who want to accomplish or change something together.
Where do you live/work?
I live in Munich and I work in Brussels and ... everywhere.
Are there interests/passions that you'd like to share?
I feel most alive when I work with others to come into their own strengths and creativity. This frequently happens in international or in community groups.
