What is the 'next level' - there's a shift in the field
I wrote this reflection in response to an inquiry going around on the AoH mailing list, and thought it belongs here too. - How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?
- I attended my first Art of Hosting training in Belgium in 2006, and have been using its patterns ever since, in various ways. I find it hard to classify my experience/competence, simply because the more I do this work the more I realise how much more there is to learn.
- What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?
- Much of my hosting work has been inside a large transnational hierarchical bureaucracy.
- Where do you live/work?
- I live in Brussels and work for the European Commission
