How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?
I have been a practitioner of AoH in the European Commission since 2011 and my colleagues told me about the ning platform.
Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)
I am at intermediary level i would say, if i compare it to learning a language :) i have designed and hosted smaller scale processes mainly in my own work context and ready to deepen my knowledge and get some more practical experience in a wider context.
What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?
i see a huge potential in using participatory methods in my personal work environment in improving internal communications and staff engagement in my DG and in the Commission because internall comms has the same principles as participatory leadership: it is by the people, for the people.
Where do you live/work?
Brussels
Are there interests/passions that you'd like to share?
scuba diving!
