How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?
From friends - Helen Titchen Beth (on a workshop about Holacracy in Holland a few years back) and from Cato Johansen (sending an email about the last WS in Oslo).
What attracts me is that this is a true organic form - no trade mark, or corporation. The high intent and standard of a living practice held/lived by the pracitiones. And what this can bring in service for the world!
Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)
I feel very much in line/sync with AoH.
My evolution has been engineer > MBA > Coach > Healer/Shaman > Integral > ...
Have been working on/in systems in corporate setting for the last 10 yeart and recognize most of the tools in the toolbox. With the last integration of an integral approach I have gained far more context/frames to what I have done more or less intuitively before - that is the way I learn. I get pulled to situations/people and only in hindsight the reasons/steps are apparent...
What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?
To help business/organisations to reach a next level to operate from. I seem to have a talent that things manifest and prosper around me; numerous start-ups, companies and persons have been the sweet fruits of wonderful play and flow.
Where do you live/work?
I live in Scandinavia and will probably act from here, but to reach out to the globe.
Sounds really exciting Johan - What kind of expedition - I myself live in Colombia and work both in Ecuador and Colombia with leadership development, sustainability and outdoor education - so you caught my curiosity here.
