How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?
First undertook AoH training in Australia in 2008. Then part of the hosting team again in Australia in 2009. At that time we started doing work wiht Deakin University and annecto (Aged and Disabiloity Provider) to embed AoH practices. Also we committed to imp0lementing AoH as part of our core operating system as an organisaiton. In 2010 I arranged another AoH training and we are about to do another 2 programs in September 2010. We are also implementing materclasses in core methodologies, e.g. Appreciative Inquiry in August and Circle in November, and that will continue. Finally I have completed my doctorate, incorporating AoH as part of a leadership paradigm.
What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?
Not really - perhaps the theoretical underpinnings.
Are there interests/passions that you'd like to share?
I wonder if mastery is a balance of practice excellence, deep understanding of the theoretical frameworks, proficiency with the tools and ability to discern and influence group energetics? My passion is to develop my own mastery and to support other people to develop mastery.
