- Starting practitioner building on my work with self organizing teams and leadership, my listening and that of those close to me has been central to a better awareness.

- Working with international development issues and the key players in the field.

- In Europe with a current base in Sarajevo and in Italy

- Hiking in the mountains, meditation and lifelong learning
