Tamara Connell commented on Kathy Jourdain's blog post 'Ingredients for Hosting Team Success - An Inquiry'How is it we can take a group of people who may or may not know each other, throw them into a prep or planning day together and have them emerge out the other side as a team, ready to co-create and co-host a three or four day Art of Hosting training, to greater or lesser degrees as a cohesive, fluid team?
In the last few years, I have had powerful experiences of this happening in Atlantic Canada,…

When people ask me if I do “this” for a living, the answer is, of course, yes. But they don’t really know what they are asking. They are asking about what they are witnessing or experiencing in this given moment – a specific Art of Hosting training, a planning process, a team building session, a leadership development training, a community engagement process, a …

Deep sensing interviews are a powerful tool. In the times I’ve used them I’ve seen them help deepen relationships, deepen a field of inquiry, shift the shape of a team, organization or system.
Deep sensing interviews are one of the tools highlighted in the Sensing…

Gilles Asselin said… Nice to be your friend, Kathy. I am learning about shamanism these days. I know you are into that as well. And reading Urban Shaman, from Steve Kahili.

Natasha Prévost said… Hi Kathy,
yes it's likely that Rachel or Sophia commented that I live in NB. Unfortunately I won't be able to attend. I've sent the invitation to everyone I know though! I only have one training paid by my Centre of research and I used it for AoH Halifax so I don't have the means to pay the fees. But we could also meet for dinner one of the nights you are in town if we don't make it on the 28th, or of course we can also keep virtual for now. All the best, Natasha
