How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?
I discovered AoH through the fibrous tendrils of the internet while stalking topics on leadership and organizational development. I immediately felt the zap. My first official exposure was with the Jan 2012 call to Utah for Healthier Healthcare Systems: Daring to create the needed new (or something close to that).
Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)
I am very much a neophyte but feel like I've been doing it my whole life. I am intending on further training and will weave it into my work in as many ways as possible in the meantime.
What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?
My work is grounded in healthcare.
Where do you live/work?
South Riverdale Community Health Centre, Toronto, ON
Are there interests/passions that you'd like to share?
Burning question is how to be a container for a self-organizing system.
