- How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?
- I experienced aoh in practice at the imagine Conference 2008 in St. Goa. In preparation of leading this Conference in 2009 i participated in my First aof Training at the Hub in Berlin. Snce then i am practicing aoh both in my Professional and privat Life.

The WellbeingCompanion - Hosting the happyness in our lives
Dear Community,
Having hosted small and big groups in all kind of different contexts for several years now I consider myself to be a quite pragmatic AoH practitioner. The biggest challenge I have come across though is probably not to host others, but to host myself. A few months ago I initiated my blog with a post about "wellbeing companionships" - an idea I have been co-designing and practicing for about three years now with a close friend of mine.
