How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?
I learned about Open Space Technology and World Café on different conferences and got more interested in AoH because of the Imagine conference that I attended in 2009. I attended it in 2011 again and then became a member of the agenda / facilitating team in 2012. In November 2011, I joined the AoH training in Berlin!
Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)
So far, I am somewhere between being a starting and an experienced practioner - I have joined some conferences in which AoH has been applied, and I gave a few workshops on intercultural learning in which AoH principles have been used. In May 2012, I facilitated the Imagine conference (imagineblog.wordpress.com), which is built on AoH.
What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?
