Thoughts on training in OST?

Hello AoH community,

I've learned of an upcoming training in OST, hosted by Harrison Owen, Karen Davis and Ralph Copleman. As an important method used in AoH (and one I've never hosted myself), I'm thinking about attending.

I would love to hear your experience if they've attended Harrison's trainings (or others similar)?

Hello Amanda, I haven't done any formal OST training, wo can't help you in that regard. Did you talk about this with Chris Corrigan - who you know I expect - he was in the OST community (and still is), before he got to know AoH.
