- How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?
- I learned about the Art of Hosting through Mary Alice Arthur who i met at the Beyond Storytelling Conference in 2017. I was impressed of her work and her hosting skills.
- Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)
- I am a trained communications manager specialised in intercultural communication. After my studies in communication sciences and philosophy i worked in advertising agencies. 2015 i founded a nonprofit Storytelling Agency with Astrid Nierhoff. We facilitate group workshops for social organizations to find, tell and craft personal stories with a special focus on digital storytelling. We also work as facilitators and consultants for sustainability management, communication and corporate culture within our agency ImpactAgents, which is in the process of being founded.
- What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?
- My focus are personal stories for change. Change within ourselves, to foster resilience, empowering people. Through co-creative work and "sustainable stories" helping people help themselves.
