How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?: I learned about it through word of mouth in my workplace. My first formal introduction to it was Arf of Hosting Montreal -Art of living together- in October 2013. What attracted me to it was the approach of connecting a group to its humanity in order to support its learning, similarly to an individual coaching process.

Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward): I am fairly new in the field. I am particularly interested in exploring the chaordic field to activate a nationally distributed community of systemic change.

What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?: - Systemic Social Innovation, specially in the engineering industry
