How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?
I have been to AoH Karlskrona in 2015 and 2016. Friend of Mary Alice Arthur.
Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)
I'm a new practitioner to AoH methodologies, but have spent my career in facilitation, leadership development, and organizational learning.
What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?
I have been focusing on leadership development with an emphasis on increasing the organization's narrative capacity. I intend to bring in more participatory structures.
Are there interests/passions that you'd like to share?
My focus for the past few years has been on the topic of storytelling as a leadership capability. (See my website for details.) My new book on that subject is "Circle of the 9 Muses: A Storytelling Field Guide for Innovators and Meaning Makers." (Wiley, 2015)
