Profile Information

How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?: Through people in my network who did a AoH training once. I heard in January 2019 in Amsterdam for the first time about AoH.

Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward): I would consider myself as a new / starting practitioner. I applied some of the methods (like World Cafe) already, but I'm new to the AoH concept as a whole and I would like to dive deeper into it, starting probably with a AoH training this year.

What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?: I'm a consultant, trainer and facilitator in the field of organizational transitions towards self-managing teams. So facilitating and coaching teams in self-management practices, and guiding organizations through the transition to self-management is my field of work.

By the way, there's an upcoming AoPL training in Geneva! Have a look at https://participatoryleadership.eu/index.php, I believe there's still space for this, march 18 to 21. And otherwise, if you speak French, we're holding one July 8 to 10 on "organisations aimantes"!... Will be among "upcoming events" soon.
