What means for you conflict resistance in your personal environment?

What has happened to the Group- surely you haven't run out of questions?-

Evolution according to Darwin is Survival of The Fittest- does this mean the most numerically  abundant of any given species? If so is Mankind insignificant compared to Viruses or Bacteria?

Hi - Wicked questions are one of my favorite things. Here's are some good ones I heard recently:

What is a reasonable reason why this person is behaving unreasonably?

What would healing look like?

What can we do together that we can't do alone?

What is the crossroads you face at this stage of the game?

Welcome Carla! I've heard of your work before and think I've even come across your site on one of my late night internet wanderings... Lovely work! I've signed up for your email list and look forward to getting your updates! Thanks for posting this!!

Great question, Katie!  I always think in terms of questions and images and, in fact, have been posting a photo and a question to a daily photo blog for the last 5 years.  Here's a post from earlier this fall that in my mind fits this question:  http://revealedpresence.com/2013/10/24/a-clarion-light/

Thanks for starting this group!

Great seeing so many new members jumping into the Wicked Questions group! To celebrate, I'd like to share one of my all time favorite questions...

What is dying to be born?

(Thanks for turning me onto this one Dave Ellis!)

What planet are we leaving to our children?
Which children are we leaving to our planet?

Sitting on the container call... these are some questions that have surfaced:

  • Holy shit, how are we holding all this? :)
  • How do we manage the relationship between holding the container for all its' big questions and its design?
  • Not only incorporate these questions into the design, but how do we make sure that the relationship between the design of the gathering and the container holding is coherent?
  • How do we integrate?
  • What's the new chapter of the story?
  • What is the Art of Apprenticing?
  • Are there any design elements that are important for hosting this to make sure that the container is held well?
  • How do we ensure that everybody can tell their story and that not one or two stories carry the day?
  • Collective Story Harvest process where everyone can tell a story? In what ways can this process go on and offer each person the possibility of telling a story of their choice?
  • What does leadership look like in a self-organizing community?
  • What do we want in our leadership?
  • What's the governance?
  • Does it need to change?
  • How do we hold our imperfections?
  • How does our humanity show up?
  • How do we trust that things will evolve as they need to, that we all can respect one another and share our story?
  • How does intentional container holding energize the field of this work?
  • How do we hold the wholeness of our field?
  • What does this work look like?

Feel free to add more!

How can we weave learnings and ways of knowing across and through the conversations we have been in, and the conversations we are seeking to have?

How can we contribute to building the relational field, hosting the container for the gathering, and
exploring the questions of the questions that we are sitting with?

How do we support the ever expanding, diverse field of practice while honoring and holding the core of what keeps us together?

How do we best foster a new economy that honors our principles of practice in this work?

What can we learn from the regional communities of practice to help support the global field and how can the global field contribute new learning to the regional communities of practice?

How can we best host the container for our gathering, honoring those that are there and those that are in the field in spirit?

What can the survey results from Stephen Duns Stewards Gathering survey provide us in deepening our clarity for what wants to emerge in our gathering?

How can we dance with the shadow that is ever present and discover the gifts it has to offer us?

How does one become a steward? What is the process?

What do we imagine are possible ways to measure the ripple effects of this work across the world?

What do we want to collectively harvest? What artefacts will be useful for the future to measure?

How do we best host the global stewarding community?

How can we keep the global stewarding community engaged to cross pollinate teachings, network & share?

What is lineage of aoh. who are ancestors of aoh. what kind of ancestor do i want to be?

What needs to be tended to at this time in order for us to evolve forward?

What are the questions we haven’t even began to explore yet?
