How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?
I attended an Art of Hosting "training" this summer, put on by the University of Minnesota's Center on Integrative Leadership and InCommons.
I went into the session wanting to learn facilitation techniques, but left feeling transformed. I look forward to engaging with the community of practitioners and growing myself and my skills in the Art.
Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)
I am brand new. I have had the opportunity to practice visual meeting flows and world cafe within my work.
What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?
organizational development, hosting staff discussions, hosting faculty discussions in the area of technology and higher education
