What's possible when we intentionally connect and collaborate for a thriving region?
The Art of Participatory Leadership is coming to Armidale! We hope you will join us in this exciting three day training, in the gorgeous setting of Echidna Gully, about 25 minutes out of Armidale.
The Art of Participatory Leadership (also known as the Art of Hosting and Harvesting Conversations that Matter) offers simple and powerful participatory models, processes and practices to work with others through complexity, uncertainty and change.
If you want to learn new ways of working in deep collaboration with others, you are warmly invited to join us.
What will we explore, learn & practice?
Who is it for?

- People who want to explore the power of collective creativity, intelligence, and collaboration to improve their communities, teams, and organisations
