Art of Designing conversations that matter

The art of designing participatory events does not always find space in the AoH entry level trainings. Therefore we will open our design day as a learning day for all those, who have already participated in an entry level training, and who are interested to learn more, perhaps to be part of a hosting team one day. This is a unique opportunity to observe and be part of a co-creation process, without sharing the full responsibility of being member of a hosting team for a full process. Those who wish can also add the training, just one of the days or all of them, to witness how the designed process unfolds, and to practice hosting supported by coaching. It does take repetition for the content and the new world views to sink in, and this best in a safe space. The training will be mainly in German, but translation into English is possible if needed.

The training alls into the period of the Bregenz Festival, and we will include the possibility to attend the Magic Flute  on the lake on 23. July. There will be plenty of opportunity to enjoy the nature and landscape, with moonlight swimming, walks, canoeing, and long conversations on our cosy terrace.

Die Kunst des Prozessdesigns, “Art of Designing”, wenn einmal ein gemeinsamer Zweck klar ist, will gut gelernt und geübt sein. In den Einstiegstrainings bleibt oft wenig Zeit, dafür in die Tiefe zu gehen. Am 23. Juli öffnen wir unseren Designtag für das anschliessende Art of Hosting Training, sodass schon eingeführte Hosts Prozessdesign hautnah erleben können, ohne die volle Verantwortung zu teilen, die die Mitgliedschaft in einem Hosting Team mit sich bringt. Es ist möglich, nur am Designtag teilzunehmen, oder dazu einzelne oder alle Tage des Trainings zu besuchen.

Der Ort:

Bregenzer Salon, ein Begegnungsort mit besonderem Flair, zählt zu den Pionieren im deutschen Sprachraum zur Verbreitung und Vertiefung von Art of Hosting. Er befindet sich im Herzen von Bregenz, und ist mit Bus und Bahn gut erreichbar von den Bahnhöfen Bregenz Hafen und Bregenz Bahnhof.
