How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?
I have attended the July 2010 French-speaking AOH workshop in Compiègne, France and felt a real bond to the community that was formed at the initiative of the 6 organizers. I am a firm believer in collaborative approaches and facilitation techniques as they soundly converge with my team coaching / systems coaching / collective intelligence practices.
Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)
I consider myself an experienced practitioner in initiating & applying collaborative approaches to the corporate world, with yet a lot of experience and techniques to be developed in other areas (NGOs, associative field, humanitarian work). I have recently completed Organizantions and Relationship Systems Coaching Certification that bridges beautifully with the spirit of Art of Hosting. Beyond tools and qualifications, the Art of Being in relationship to others is the main driver, for me personally.
What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?
The international corporate environment mainly; the international community in general promoting diversity and inclusion, revealing the value of differences regardless of the applicative field.
Where do you live/work?
Living in Paris, France, working internationally, wherever my clients take me.
Are there interests/passions that you'd like to share?
Personal development and spiritual growth, systems thinking, emotional intelligence, connecting people and networking as parts of the larger system, creativity, the arts, theatre and improvisation techniques, story telling, aborigine dot painting.
