Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)
Art of Hosting brings together and makes more conscious for me an array of practices I've been using for many, many years. I am now more purposeful. And effective. And aware of the inter-relations between the various elements, worldview, and 4-fold path.
We are now embedding the practice in our graduate programs for public policy and management at the University of Minnesota's Humphrey School of Public Affairs.
What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?
Social welfare, nonprofit management and fields, public affairs leadership development.
