How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?
I had been using circle, Open Space, and World Cafe for some years in my work with community development in Latin America and urban engagement in Halifax. I was introduced to family of AoH practices in 2008 and got more involved when I had the opportunity to participate in part of Authentic Leadership in Action in 2009. In February 2010, I helped organise an AoH for youth social entrepreneurs across Europe in Karlskrona. I am attracted to it because of the depth of practice, the learning community that is emerging and growing, and the experience of using processes for personal and collective meaning and transformation. I am inspired by the huge potential for inner and outer/ local to global deepening, synergising, and catalyzing the great transition.
