Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)
Starting practitioner. I've experienced open space technology, world cafe, appreciative inquiry as well as mixture of these. Have hosted world cafe and simplified open spaces.
Have attended trainings on hosting world cafe & open space technology. Would be attending an appreciative inquiry training in Aug this year. Can't wait for to attend an Art of Hosting training in Malaysia/South East Asia. Interested to explore other ways of hosting conversations such as Future Search & Theory U
What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?
Mainly used/experienced it at youth leadership development conferences.
