- How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?
- I learnt about it from a fellow board member and founder of the Welcome Dinner Project in Australia. She spoke about the relationship with Theory U (a concept I am quite familiar with) and the way The Art of Hosting can develop more collaborative, vulnerable and emergent workplaces/organisations.
- Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)
- As a fellow of the Centre for Sustainability Leadership I experienced being hosting using many of the methods taught by the Art of Hosting, however I am new to this whole world!
- What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?
- Leadership in organisations and engaging stakeholders, including community in a more authentic and collaborative way.
- Where do you live/work?
- Sydney/Amsterdam
- Are there interests/passions that you'd like to share?
- I'm passionate about engaging citizens in sustainability in the broad sense - environment, social and economic. I'm an undercover economist working to bring my understanding of the existing structures to the table to enable the system to change.
