- How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?
- AoH Training in Innsbruck/ Austria, April 2014; I was curious about the holistic & implicitly political approach and found it to be a perfect match re my training as systemic facilitator & consultant. AoH fills the gaps and provides a meaningful center and contributes to a framework for consultancy work.
- Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)
- I am an experienced practitioner and host, supporting communities, organisations and companies to converse about the issues that really matter for their well being and good development. I work with small groups as well as through large group interventions, from once off workshops to continuing companionship and consultancy re organisational challenges (Leaderships, conflict, change/ transformation issues, innovation, strategy)
- What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?
- - Providing a securely hosted frame within which people can have the conversations which they need to have!
- Helping a culture of collaboration to grow
- supporting organisations and people to find their pathway
- getting to helpful and concrete results
- integrate hosting with the treasure of systemic consultancy expertise
- Where do you live/work?
- I live in Vienna and work whereever I am needed

- ...a passion for making a meaningful contribution for a societal transformation, going with the flow of process orientation and being led by shared purpose. I love the effortless quality of a hosted, co-creative process!
