- How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?
- Whilst studying my Masters in Sustainability and Leadership in Karlskrona, Sweden 2011-2012. What attracted me to it was the leverage these simple techniques could have on conversations about change, issues, relationships, tensions and uncertainty.
- Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)
- I am starting still, studying new thinkers and techniques to use in my work with a sustainability consultancy- both internally within the organisation and externally in the communities we work with. Also, my family is going through a period of change, which I have been facilitating using many of the practices and processes from AoH.
- What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?
- Good question! I guess it is through communities looking at the future and adapting to climate change and what that means for them. Within the organisation, it is trying to facilitate better communication practices, structures and a culture.
