How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?: Through courses and practice in my workplace.

Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward): Practitioner, facilitator, designer and provider of training courses.

What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?: AoH in support to decision making.

Are there interests/passions that you'd like to share?: I'm interested in:
- exploring how AoH can sustain and help developing leadership at all levels in organisations and society.
- Communities of practice;
- AoH in education, in particular how AoH can help universities evolve into genuine communities where knowledge is co-created.
