- How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?
- I attended an Art of Hosting event in Pembrooke Ontario in 2009. I was inspired by the freedom, wisedom, and inclusiveness of the AOH philosphy and approach to encouraging and supporting conversations that matter.
- Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)
- I had been previously exposed to World Cafe and Open Space as a participant, I led my first World Cafe with my team in 2009.
- What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?
- I would like to facilitate more conversations that matter between government and citizens. I am interested in fostering leadership - in myself and in my community. I am also very interested in learning how to use on-line tools to support our AOH community of practice.
- Where do you live/work?
- Ottawa, Canada
- Are there interests/passions that you'd like to share?
- I'm passionate about singing, democracy, trees, and ice cream.
