Profile Information

How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?
Peter Engberg introduced me and I am thankful for that. It attracts me that progressive groups of people can bring balance, ideas, solutions and new ways of communicating into the future. That gives me hope in times where democratic politics has shown to be too ineffecient. I believe in collective intelligence.
Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)
I host conversations as a journalist in Danish Broadcasting Radio (P1) (2008-2017)
I choose to expose people who wants to make a difference in society.
What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?
wide range of topics - but especially art projects which aim for idealistic ideas and perspectives on the future. Focus is positive thinking, open non-pregedious questionmaking as a tool for change, need for balance and community.

Are there interests/passions that you'd like to share?
Ideas about how to vitalize our soil with more biodiversity, new forms of growing and improving food security for all.
In Denmark currently I am part of and supporting a real bottom up land-reform.

Hej Helle - tak fordi du formidlede Art of Hosting tanken til mig.

Jeg er spændt på hvor denne vej vil føre mig; jeg har ønsket mig nogle "legekammerater" at sparre med i min måde at arbejde på som - tilsyneladende - ikke er så letforståelig. Bestyrelsesformanden (psykologiprofessor) i mit tidligere job i Bergen kaldte det "en avanceret teknik" - for mig er det mere enkelhed, gruppers kommunikation bygget på ligeværdighed, tryghed og helhed.
