How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?: Copenhagen, january the 21.th. A woman in my network made me curious telling me that the way I have been working for 20 years is like the Art of Hosting.

Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward): Without knowing about "the Art og Hosting" I have apparently been working after some of the principles.
My competence is, to be apple to create a confident room for communication of equality, and be a catalysator for learning processes. I am a leader, teacher and systemic process consultant - interested in "the how" people are able to grow together, synergy.

What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?: I have been working in the regi of Fountain House - creating environment for people with mental problems to grow. I am attracted to how we can expand the concept of normality in our society, so there is room for people who are different.

Are there interests/passions that you'd like to share?: Like Hans Christian Andersens "the ugly duckling" I am interested in making the duckling realize that it is a beautiful swan.
