My attitude to working with groups in an open minded manner and with the conviction that groups thrive most when individual potentials are addressed according to the purpose.
Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)
As a consultant I have an experience since 1989 in working with groups, classical task steering or moderation.
As a coach I have a 15 years experience in helping individuals by questions and appropriate formats to thrive autonomically.
As a host of groups in the sense of AoH I have experiences since 2014 and consider myself a starting practitioner.
What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?
Organizational designs and developmental processes as well as so called "team-building-processes".
Working in and facilitating "Agile organizations" of the kind of Dee Hock / Frederic Laloux. I worked as an Interim Manager in a new founded self organized preliminary devision (project organization) of a mayor telecommunication company in 2014.
Are there interests/passions that you'd like to share?
Developing and designing leading edge transformational processes on the basis of spiral dynamics and evolutionary co-creation. Enable people as Social Architects to become part of the current global transformation from fragmentation to integration.
