How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?
I participated in an AoH, organized by "Conversaciones para todos", with Cecilia Soriano, Martin Castro and Duncan Autrey, last March (7-9 March 2014), in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
It was very a meaningful experience... I learned how to facilitate transformational conversations towards a concrete and effective action. I think that the methods and tools that we learned, are essential to build a collaborative leadership for our present.

Since i have started to use them, the meetings become more meaningfulls and promotes a really transformation through everyone. I'm a lawyer so i think that the aoh is a significant tool in conflict transformation.
