Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)
As an organizational consultant & coach I am passionate about catalyzing collective intelligence. I counsel, coach & support organizations & groups in addressing & progressing the questions that matter to them. As such I use a variety of facilitation & hosting practices. I consider myself an experienced practitioner and also serve as a supervisor or steward to fellow practitioners. This being said I welcome each day as a new learning opportunity for my own practice.
What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?
While my work covers a variety of different fields, I am most frequently being called upon to catalyze organizational change processes or transformations. In these contexts a common request is to facilitate visioning processes as well as the deployment of vision into action.
Where do you live/work?
I live in Switzerland and I work where I can make a difference...

Hallo Chris, vielleicht was für dich?
Richtung Transition Town) freuen: firstname.lastname@example.org
Welcome, Chris, great to see you here (that is, we will SEE you here when you upload a picture -- got a good one?). When you've got time, have a look at the full offering here. There are plenty of resources to have a look at and conversations to become part of -- I hope this community will be a great one for you and you a great contribution to it!
