Hiya...Steamworks works well...Caitlin and I will try to come and we can put it out to the list of folks we have...we'll have to leave to get back on the 930 ferry, but meeting there at 600 for dinner and pints is great.

Ahh we'll miss you T! And I thought of another - The Rogue, which is right at Waterfront. Looking forward to hearing Chris' suggestions :)

Unfortunately, I won't be able to join you (will be in France until the 24th). However, Steamworks (Waterfront skytrain station) is generally quite easy to get to, with good drink selection and good food. The Union (on Union, at Main Street) is my newest fav if you like interesting cocktails. It can get a bit loud though, as it's open concept.

The 20th sounds great, Lisa. Picking a place easily accessible by skytrain/transit in Vancouver might work nice... so I bet there are lots of options for us! Tamara and Chris - any recommends?

Wonderful!  Great idea, Chris.  I"m excited!  How about Monday or Tuesday Nov 19 or 20th?  As for a place, could someone provide guidance on options?  The only places I really know are East is East in Kits & the Naam, both foodie places.  I'm open!  Amanda, hope you get to uncross your body parts.

The one on Pender is a small one now and closed I think.  We still have spaces for Bowen Island.

Lisa, why don't you pick a day in there and a place for drinks in Vancouver and those of us that can make can come and join together...AoHDrinks!

Hi Lisa. Welcome to the group!

To my knowledge (admittedly limited), the is an AoH happening in early Nov on Pender Island, and one Nov 12-15 at Rivendale (see https://www.facebook.com/aohrivendell), but those are both outside your date range. Where are you normally located?

There is an events tab, which you may have seen. It appears that not all events are loaded up there, so it's partially useful. ;)

As a Community of Practice here in Vancouver, we've met once, and then have had trouble pinning down dates that work for others. Perhaps this winter we can celebrate our next meet-up!
