Communities of Practice Training 25-26 April, Austria, Vorarlberg, Bregenz, Bregenzer Salon

We have recently learned from the AoH stewards gathering, that we advance most through communities of practice, where "practice" is truly shared and experience is  handed on freely.
 
Whatever the practice you are engaged in, art of hosting or other, you can learn here from hands-on experience and with a couple of principles to observe, how to set up or to strengthen an existing Community of Practice.

• Make the huge potential of collective intelligence applicable and usable directly within and between organisations
• Enable management through self-organisation without ending in chaos
• Create  valuable hierarchy free zones where re- thinking, relationship building and sustainable innovation  are possible
