How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?
Three years before I met several members of the AoH Community from Berlin. ( Benjamin, Wiebke, Frauke) I enjoyed the communication with the persons and the habit of beeing a host. Iater I met Marie Alice in New Zealand, skyped with Toke and went to the AoH Workshop Participatory Leadership in New York. Visiting Theresa Pokorny and Chris Corrigan with his family where other steps to feel well in this kind of beeing and working together.
Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)
When I was a child, my family had a farm and a restaurant.
To be a host was a daily experience. Now, as a elder human beeing, its more and more helpfull to be a host in all the possibilities to live or to work. My competence in it is to invite the diversity of children and grown up to show rhem in several (learning) enviroments. I am a expierienced Practioner and would like to work as a steward
What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?
I work as a educater and German and Art Teacher, also as a
Comprehensive school head teacher of the german department and Systemic family therapist and supervisor, mostly with other teachers or young changemakers which want to be social entrepreneurs. My focus is find the own flow of each person, in synergie with a creativ field or the collectiv intelligenz. It
