Next Stage Facllitation Online April 2021

Integral Facilitator® was created in 2012, and offers two levels of training for facilitators and leaders; 6 week online courses and a professional certification which combines in-person retreats with distance learning.

Integral Facilitator’s offerings are unique because they bring facilitation skills training, Adult Development, and Zen awareness together within an Integral framework. 

The IF approach is designed for experienced leaders and facilitators who want to gain more fluid and embodied ways of working with groups—and are excited to play at the emerging edge where self development and skill development become one. 

Curriculum covered in the Next Stage Facilitation intensive includes:

• Facilitator presence and purpose
• Developing the self-as-instrument
• Real-life facilitation challenges and struggles and how to work with them
• Working with coherence, energy, and polarity
• Conflict and creativity
• Developmental stages in individuals and groups
• Small group facilitation practice and feedback
• Bringing an Integral approach to group facilitation

Next Stage intensives are taught by a powerhouse faculty team, led by Rebecca Ejo Colwell, Lauren Tenney, and Cleo Burke.

Participating in a Next Stage is a rare opportunity to receive targeted personal feedback and coaching from the faculty team and peers while practicing live with other high-caliber leaders, coaches, facilitators, and change makers.
