The AoPL practices explored and discovered together over these 4 half-days will reveal to us how we can best leverage our personal and collective leadership; how we can engage others and collaboratively foster the growth of the organisations that we serve and that we'd like to see emerge constructively from their transformative journey.
We will be working with the format that is ours to partner with today ... a virtual format. Though we truly miss the precious learning experience of being together, we feel called upon to embrace today's reality.
Our 6 half-days together will begin March 17 to 20 (4 half-days) and carry over to May - June for 2 half-days to integrate and deepen the learning.
