I'm trying to make sense of where to put photos. What minimal structure for easy access?

I'm proposing three places where photos show up on this site. 

1. In the Photo Tab ("Best of." Perhaps 5-10 from an event)

2. In this Conversation on Photo Collection (Links to full sets in Flickr, etc.)

3. In Conversations set up within specific Groups (so that they are linked to that event)
