How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?
I first heard about it in the late 90's through AIESEC, when Toke worked with us on international conferences.
It all came back to me last week as I participated at AoPL Croatia training on art of participatory leadership.
Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)
What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?
Creating spaces where people can bring their passion and engage them in conversations in order to facilitate more conversations and actions that will betterment to participants and the world.
Are there interests/passions that you'd like to share?
I am passionate about people development, figuring out how we work and what is the reason we are the way we are.
I also believe that when we are authentic and courageous enough to show our uniqueness to the world - the world responds!
