How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?: If you refer to the ning platform it was just yesterday while I was searching for the webiste of the AoH, and i bumped into the ning platform. Was nice and felt happy to find it. so date is 15/03/14

Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward): AoH became part of my life when years ago I discovered the "world cafè" and "OST" methods, and I realized that where not just methods but tools of a wider concept, approach to life.
I'm a trainer in the field of non-formal-education and the aspect of my trainings I take more care of is exactly "how to create the best conditions" for a meaningful experience.

What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?: Topics I work more are cultural diversity, intercultural learning, active participation, innovative educational approaches, personal development.

Where do you live/work?: I'm based in the south of italy and my work is done all over Europe

Are there interests/passions that you'd like to share?: Cooking is my big passion, but not as an average italian DNA. Cooking became a real passion when I started using it in trainings and workshops as tool for story telling.
