How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?
I first remember hearing of the Art of Hosting through Toke Paludan Moller, in early 2002 when I was part of the Castle Borl gathering in Slovenia, an inspiring way to connect with like-minded "pioneers".
Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)
I am a user-centered designer and communication trainer, working with companies, governments and non-profit orgs to help people understand and work together better. I have been doing communication training and design ethnography for 10 years and am now using Hosting workshops that aim to help people in design and communication. I would consider myself a practioner.
What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?
User-centered design, with a focus on organizational transformation, service design, "ethical" marketing and interpersonal communication.
