- How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?
- I participated into the first event in montreal in january 2013. People from my profesional network invited me. What attracted me was both the opportunity to experiment the AOH way to build cooperation through useful conversations in such a large group, and also I had been yearning to get involved in the community since I moved here 4 years ago, and not finding the right place yet.
- Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)
- I do use some of AOH, as I work as a professionnal coach with individuals and teams. Yet I still have a lot to learn.
I would say apprentice practitioner.
- What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?
- So far my work aims mainly at improving cooperation within teams and groups, in changing and complex environments. Search for new ways of doing, of solving complex situations; build a shared vision; ....
Main activities: corporate coaching (PCC certification-10 years), team coaching, strategic planning with appreciative inquiry,coach supervision.
