How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?
I have just read Margaret Wheatley's "Walk out, walk on"as part of my research for a small socially innovative project I am involved with. In this wonderful book AoH is talked about considerably. I am interested in learning more and connecting with like minds and especially hopefully in Sydney
Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)
I am trained in Organisation & relationship systems (ORSC San Francisco) coaching and creative leadership with Kaospilot, Denmark, Theory U ( Dr Otto Scharmer of the Presencing Institute) as well as in Deep democracy and world work with Dr Arnold Mindell. I am also a management educator and entrepreneur. I have no direct experience with AoH yet.
What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?
positive change in the world especially the mainstream business world, empowering resilient communities
