- I finished my doctorate research and art of hosting it was suggested as a continuation for Caio Adorno Vassão.
- Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)
- Well, I am a team manager in the University of Rio Grande. I work with co-creation and open process, colaboration... I'm starting practitioner.

- co-responsability with creative freedom.
