How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?
About two years back, I heard about it from a friend as training being offered by another friend, Mr. Juan Kanapi of the Asian Institute of Management (AIM). More recently, Ms. Milagros Lagrosa another faculty of the AIM has introduced me to "Theory U" which I believe is a social technology connected with Hosting.
Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)
I see possible connections with my work as a Spiritual Director and as a guide in Communal Discernment for Collaborative mission. From my limited exposure to this field I see great potential when the principles of Ignatian discernment is connected with the art of hosting, and with this we can perhaps help our communities related better and bear more fruit.

Spirituality lived in personal, communal, institutional and social contexts.
Where do you live/work?
I'm a Jesuit. I live within the Ateneo de Manila University Campus and work as Executive Director of the Center for Ignatian Spirituality-Philippines
Are there interests/passions that you'd like to share?
My great interest is to help people find meaning in their lives by connecting with the Sacred in their relationships, works, commitments and choices, whether as individuals or communities.
