How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?: I first joined Art of Hosting last November 2018. The practices and conversations during the 3-day-training helped me understand myself better, inspired me to practice hosting conversations that matter, as well as building inner well being with presence, compassion, and kindness.

Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward): I am an HR practitioner but bit new to Art of Hosting practices. In my daily job, I usually facilitate conversations relating to organizational effectiveness and people development. Hence, I want to apply AoH practices to invite possibilities for organizational transformation, new ways of working, and collaboration.

What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?: Collaboration, Team Effectiveness, Leadership, People development

Are there interests/passions that you'd like to share?: I am interested in how to reinvent an organization's culture, system, ways of working...etc to unleash people's potential while ensuring business results and its contribution to society.
