How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?
In the Fall of 2010, I experienced the very gifted leadership and mentoring of Caitlin Frost, Chris Corrigan, Teresa Posakony and Tenneson Wolf. That week changed my life. I have been paying it forward ever since.

What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?
The Art of Hosting Engaged Communities of Spiritual Practice
Where do you live/work?
The Blue Ridge Mountains are my home but I travel and work in 17 countries for my work as a coach and consultant in the Episcopal Church.
Are there interests/passions that you'd like to share?
Combining spiritual practices with wisdom circles with Peter Block's work on Community - the structure of belonging ... these are all coming together for me as the practices of "strategic and compassionate mischief-making."

Hello, Tom, and welcome home! You have been in this community for a long time and it's great to see you here on the ning. Art of hosting has been transformational for many of us ... it's a beautiful journey that continues to inspire. As an American, brought up Episcopalian, living in Europe now for 40 years, NC is one of my "homes" (we spent a year in Raleigh in 1993-94) so your words moved me. Post a photo when you can so we can really "see" you here. Then join in with all the conversations. You'll find plenty of resources here, too, to help you deepen your practice. And the more you add to your profile, the more the community can learn from you and share with you. We hope you will find value in exchanging in this virtual community!
