How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?: I met a group of Canadian (from Quebec) university professors and practitioners in Bordeaux in 2010.

Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward): I've been following Carl R. Rogers works for decades since I was a manager in the late 70s, also through Roger Mucchielli's, Max Pages' and André de Peretti's books and personal coaching, and I've been trained to Carl Rogers' European program for Person-Centred Approach back in the early 90s. I have been a coach, mediator, facilitator and therapist since then, first part-time then full-time since 1997.
Many of the practices I met in AoH since 2010 were already belonging to my personal toolbox but needed to be organised, revisited and thought through. This is the greatest benefit I received from AoH.

What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?: Conflict mediation and coaching, group facilitation, team-building, interculturel dialog…

Where do you live/work?: GENEVA, Budapest, Karlsruhe, Luxembourg, Milano, Nouméa, Paris…

Are there interests/passions that you'd like to share?: Cognitive Neurosciences
